To ensure a smooth and efficient editorial and peer-review process, authors are requested to submit a complete manuscript package. Incomplete submissions may be returned to the authors for revision before being considered for peer review.

The submission package must include the following:

• Manuscript File (Microsoft Word Format): The complete manuscript prepared according to the journal's Author Guidelines.
• Complete Author Information: Full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, email addresses, corresponding author details, and contact information.
• ORCID iD: ORCID identifiers for all authors are strongly encouraged and should be provided where available.
• References: All references must be formatted according to the MLA Citation Style and should include accurate DOIs or direct URLs wherever applicable.
• Cover Letter: A signed cover letter confirming that the manuscript is original, has not been published previously, is not under consideration elsewhere, and has been approved by all listed authors.
• Ethical Approval Documentation: For studies involving human participants, animals, or other research requiring ethical oversight, authors must submit approval from the appropriate Institutional Ethics Committee or Review Board, where applicable.
• Conflict of Interest Statement: Authors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal relationships that could influence the research or its interpretation. If no conflicts exist, a statement declaring "The authors declare no conflict of interest" should be included.
• Plagiarism Report: A plagiarism/similarity report generated using Turnitin or an equivalent similarity detection software must accompany the submission. Authors are encouraged to ensure that the similarity index complies with the journal's plagiarism policy before submission.

The Global Journal of Dental Speciality (GJDS) reserves the right to return incomplete submissions or request additional documentation before initiating the peer-review process. Compliance with these submission requirements facilitates a timely editorial review and helps maintain the highest standards of research integrity and publication ethics.
